Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Jinggong Steel International, located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and delivering appropriate solutions. The role involves coordinating between different departments, ensuring timely delivery of services, and achieving sales targets. The Account Manager will also be responsible for preparing reports, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Sales and Business Development experience
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis
- Proficiency in preparing Reports and Presentations
- Excellent Problem-Solving skills
- Experience in the steel or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
