As an Apprenticeships Administrative Officer, your key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship Hub Leadership Team across a breadth of programs within Apprentices and Trainees delivered across both trade and non-trade Education Business Areas.
  • Maintain a centralised electronic filing system for records in the area, including TRIM and manual records, to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information.
  • Continuously improve administration processes and systems to ensure they meet requirements, standards, changes and growth demands.
  • Triage all hub phone calls and walk-ins to ensure prompt and efficient handling of their enquiry working towards increase of employer and student satisfaction.
  • Complete and process all re-enrolment documentation and Student Record information as required by Chisholm procedures and standards.
  • Develop internal and external networks to ensure the dissemination of information in the right format to the right people at the right time, and to build relationships and contacts to facilitate future exchange of information.

Qualifications required for the role

Essential

  • Certificate III in Business or Business Administration or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience.
