**About the Role**
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, our administrative assistant’s main duty is to provide administrative assistance to the management team. The role requires the administrative assistant to ensure all areas regarding reception, administration and computers are effectively organised. Within their role, they must demonstrate high levels of customer service accordingly. No two days will be the same in this role Primary duties include:
- Administration and Reception Duties, including being the first point of contact for all visitors
- General Office Duties, including ensuring the overall presentation and operations of the office are running smoothly
- Work Health & Safety, including participation in the risk management program and ensuring a clean, safe work environment
- Communications, including interaction with internal and external stakeholders in a customer-centric and efficient manner
**About You**
You are a passionate and self-driven administrative professional with experience in a reception, administrative and/or customer service-based role. You have a genuine desire to provide the best quality service to all stakeholders and are comfortable dealing with a range of priorities. Your information technology skills are evolving, and you are comfortable adapting to new systems and processes. Above all, you enjoy being challenged and enjoy being part of a positive working culture.
**Other Eligibility Criteria for the Administration Assistant’s role**:
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- NDIS worker’s screening check (can be organised upon hiring)
