As an Administrative Officer your key responsibilities include:

- Assist in the preparation of a range of regular and adhoc reports, documentation, papers and submissions to ensure timely dissemination of information
- Organise and maintain the customer schedule for enrolment, delivery, and events for the business area
- Provide assistance with delivery logistics including facility and room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas and document dissemination to ensure a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake other administrative and related duties as required to ensure best quality of support and the effective functioning of the business area
- Assist in maintaining a centralised electronic and manual filing system for records to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in providing high level customer focused administration within a complex educational environment.

**Qualifications and skills required for the role**:

- Relevant qualifications at a minimum of Certificate level in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in providing high level customer focused administration within a complex educational environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively to meet competing priorities
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
