**About AGA**:
AGA has more than 30 years’ experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively within teams to achieve common goals and contribute towards continual improvement initiatives;
- In collaboration with the manager, set goals and objectives to ensure outcomes are met;
- Model the company values and adhere to the Code of Ethical Behaviour in everyday work practices;
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure steps are taken to prevent unsafe work practices in accordance with policies and procedures
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of self and others who may be affected by their conduct in the workplace
- Daily administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Committed to a 12 month Traineeship.
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to priorities tasks and handle confidential material
- Have a can-do, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- A commitment to maintaining and supporting child safety, equity, inclusion and cultural safety
- Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of the company
- Ability to multitask
- National Police Clearance
- Victorian Working with Children Check
