Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, learning and development, organisational development or related discipline and/or significant relevant experience in development and instructional design
- Proven recruitment experience
- Proven experience in collaborating with leaders to create clear job descriptions, responsibilities and policies
- Proven exposure or experience in how to work with the company's leadership to shape the culture and create a lasting framework for it
Remuneration
- Base: $120K + Super
- OTE: $150K | based + quarterly bonuses
- Share options: Currently valued at about $60,000
