As a result, WTG has grown to an organsiation with over 2,000 people across 51 different offices. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting new offices with their WHS policies and will proactively engage with the Senior Management Team (SMT), highlighting any concerns.

As part of the wider People Operations team, you will be responsible for managing people-related cases in Australia/region; including but not limited to performance management, capability, and, other cases.

With full support from the Case Management Lead, you will work on reviewing, updating, and improving our current HR and WHS practice and policies.
