Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
- 5+ years working in large companies such as ASX 200
- Interest in being part of building a scale up culture for a tech company
- Proven recruitment experience
- Proven experience in collaborating with leaders to create clear job descriptions, responsibilities and policies
- Proven exposure or experience in how to work with the company's leadership to shape the culture and create a lasting framework for it
Remuneration
- Base: $140K + Super
- OTE: $180K (base + quarterly bonuses)
- Share options: Currently valued at about $60,000
