Ideal for an exceptional mid-level HR Generalist who worked for an ASX 200 company and wants to have a go of being part of an exciting HR Tech Scaleup. This role is for someone with about 5 years experience and who wants to be part of creating and shaping the culture of a fast growing scaleup. Creating clearer job responsibilities, policies & recruitment processes.... etc.

Some Of The Required Skills, Experience And Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, learning and development, organisational development or related discipline and/or significant relevant experience in development and instructional design
  • Proven recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in collaborating with leaders to create clear job descriptions, responsibilities and policies
  • Proven exposure or experience in how to work with the company's leadership to shape the culture and create a lasting framework for it

Remuneration

  • Base: $120K + Super
  • OTE: $150K | based + quarterly bonuses
  • Share options: Currently valued at about $60,000
