About the role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our busy North Fitzroy Specialist Medical Centre. As Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in conducting and overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our busy medical practice. This is a full-time position based in our Fitzroy North, VIC 3068 location.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar practice management role. Prefer experience with Genie
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both patients, staff and external providers
  • Strong understanding of medical practice operations, regulatory requirements, and best practices
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
