About the Role

This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys balancing clinical support with business management. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, implementing systems for growth, and fostering a positive culture for both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Support and mentor a team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff
  • Oversee staff rosters, payroll, and recruitment
  • Manage patient bookings, recalls, and customer service delivery
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and reporting to practice owners
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and infection control standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in patient care and practice efficiency
About You

We are looking for an engaging leader with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (or senior dental administrator ready to step up)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • A sound understanding of dental software and practice workflows (e.g. D4W or similar)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance clinical needs with business growth strategies
