The role 

Cityskin is a known leader in the cosmetic injection industry. Established in 2011 we have a highly experienced team of injectors located across several clinics in the Greater Melbourne area. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh natural results in combination with exceptional customer service.

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of several cosmetic clinics across Melbourne. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing on-site support with remote management to ensure each clinic runs smoothly and consistently.

You'll work closely with our practitioners and front-of-house teams, helping to maintain a supportive, organised, and professional environment for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics.

  • Oversee scheduling, reporting, and staff performance.

  • Ensure compliance with clinical and administrative procedures.

  • Assist with onboarding, training, and team development.

  • Work collaboratively with management and clinical leaders to improve systems and processes.

  • Prepare remuneration for clinical team members, including doctors and nurses.

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, including ordering, deliveries, and inventory control.

  • Organise and promote ongoing training for clinicians to maintain and enhance skills.

  • Liaise with suppliers and external partners as needed.

  • Support and guide reception and coordination teams.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Practice Manager or multi-site management role within a cosmetic, medical, or allied health setting.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.

  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of performance measures and works towards achieving agreed outcomes aligned with clinic goals

  • Proficient with practice management software and reporting tools.

  • Able to travel between clinics as required.

  • Comfortable using clinic software such as Cliniko and Microsoft Office

  • Health care experience is advantageous but not essential
