This dynamic Gold Coast based builder/developer is going for strength to strength with a number of key projects underway and further acquisitions taking place. Due to the commencement of new townhouse, industrial and land developments they now have the need for an experienced Development Manager to join their team.

Overseeing a key project your role will be the identification, tendering, negotiation, engagement, scope of works, works orders and management of consultants and subcontracts required for projects. As well as the lodgement and management of all development approvals and the development and maintenance of project programmes.

You will have a degree in a development related discipline such as engineering or construction as well as previous experience working for a  developer. You will be personable with great communication skills.

You will receive an excellent renumeration package and the opportunity to work on some projects around Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
