In the Role of Business Development Manager BDM  you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities , developing growth strategies for the business and nurturing client relationships to increase revenue and market presence.

Key responsibilities will include researching security industry trends , generating leads through various methods , writing proposals , negotiating contracts and working with operations and delivery teams to execute development plans . We expect our BDM,s to act as strategic leaders who drive our products and services and ultimately build long term growth and profitability for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly new business acquisition targets.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and forecasts.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the security or facilities management industry.
  • Strong understanding of guarding, patrol, and technical security solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
