The team is lean, hands-on, and delivery-focused, offering autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to work on landmark projects.

Your Job
An exciting opportunity exists for a
Development Manager or Senior Development Manager
to join this high performing team, with a focus on Gold Coast projects (with occasional travel interstate as required). This role is suited to a commercially driven development professional who is good at managing their own pace of work and feels confident in ownership and responsibility of their projects.

You will take ownership of apartment projects currently underway and play a key role in the ongoing pipeline, including:

  • Two residential towers, one already under construction.
  • A luxury boutique aparment delivered under a joint venture model.
  • An upcoming apartment project scheduled to commence in early 2026.

Your Experience

  • Manage the full project lifecycle across feasibility, planning, approvals, design, sales, delivery, and settlements.
  • Oversee consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Project experience in built form apartment project delivery
  • Working knowledge of how to administer construction contracts and processes including:
  • Security of Payments Act
  • Extension of Time (EOT) claims
  • Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Variations and associated documentation
  • Drive project budgets, cash flows, and reporting with minimal supervision.
  • Anticipate and resolve legal, contractual, and delivery issues.
  • Lead project decision-making and liaise directly with senior stakeholders, financiers, and JV partners.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and high-performance environment.

About You

  • Development Manager
    : Minimum 3 years' experience in a DM role with proven capability in built-form/apartment projects.
  • Senior Development Manager
    : 6–10+ years' experience managing large-scale apartment or mixed-use projects, with a strong track record of running multiple developments concurrently.
  • Solid knowledge of planning frameworks, construction contracts, and delivery processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance design, finance, sales, and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and consultant management skills.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to operate independently within a lean, high-performing team.
