Business Development Manager | High End Surfaces | Gold Coast

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and personable Business Development Manager to join a reputable company known for its stylish European products, outstanding customer service, and positive team environment.

You'll work autonomously but have the support of a passionate, close-knit team that values loyalty and commitment.

About the Role

  • Drive sales growth across the Gold Coast region
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, the construction industry, interior designers, and architects
  • Manage projects from specification through to completion
  • Identify new opportunities within the commercial and multi residential building sector
  • Convert specifications into successful sales outcomes
  • Work closely with the State Manager (Brisbane) and the wider team

About You

You're professional, motivated, and take pride in representing a respected brand. You enjoy connecting with people, achieving results, and delivering exceptional service.

You'll bring:

  • Proven sales experience (tile or building products industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
