We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our footprint across the fabulous Northern & Eastern Suburbs of Brisbane and surrounds. If you've got the energy, the people skills, and the sales hunger – this is your chance to take your career to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Grow and nurture relationships with existing customers, becoming their go-to partner.
  • Hunt for new business – build a strong pipeline, pitch solutions, and close deals.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor proposals that deliver real value.
  • Use data and insights to spot opportunities and drive results.
  • Collaborate with State and National Sales Managers to hit short- and long-term goals.
  • Keep everything on track through effective CRM management and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience – you know how to present, negotiate, and win business.
  • A natural relationship builder who understands the value of trust and service.
  • Great communicator with the confidence to engage at all levels.
  • Food industry knowledge is a bonus – but not essential.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
