Regional Sales Representative

Join our fast-growing team at Redback Cards as a Sales Rep for NSW and QLD, where you'll play a key role in driving growth and shaping our future sales strategy. You'll be the first point of contact for our regional independent accounts. Sales experience isn't essential but you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with clients, plenty of determination and enthusiasm and be highly organised.

Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

WorkingHours: 30 hours per week

Location: Regional role covering NSW & QLD

Salary: $70,000 (pro rata) + uncapped commission

Closing Date: 3rd October 2025

Job Purpose

Drive growth in the region by identifying high quality leads, introducing and selling our products to new customers and supporting developing customer relationships.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

Visits - Providing comprehensive coverage across the region, you will arrange an effective blend of scheduled face-to-face visits, telephone calls and other regular touchpoints with all your accounts.

Sales – Identifying high-quality customer leads with effective follow-up and conversion alongside approaching regional and national prospects to generate significant long term growth. As a face-to-face sales role the ability to build connections with new people will be crucial, making it a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, outgoing and likeable.

Data insights – Analysis of sales data to identify business growth opportunities alongside in-depth knowledge of our products and customer profiles to offer sales advice and guidance as appropriate.

Collaboration & Optimisation – Under direction of Head Office, you will develop a strategic approach to business building through the regular review of KPIs and the preparation of activity reports and key metrics. You will work closely with the rest of the business to ensure we understand and can meet customer expectations, presenting sales data and customer feedback regularly at team meetings.

Brand Ambassador - You will also be expected to attend occasional trade shows from time to time.

Skills, Abilities and Experience

Essential

·       Full Australian Driving Licence

·       The ability to travel considerable distances to look after business needs
