About Us:

Since 1983, Sunrise has been a major wholesale distributor of hardware, building supplies, civil and garden products.  We are seeking a highly motivated full time sales representative to join our team in New South Wales. This position will report to the National Sales Manager.  Our Head Office is located in Adelaide.

Job Description:

The sales territory will be part Sydney metro, part country New South Wales (regional trips approx. 3 to 4 nights per month). The customer base comprises of retail hardware stores, garden centres, nurseries, sand yards, steel merchants, civil suppliers and building material outlets.  There is an established customer base, but cold calling will also be required to seek further opportunities and grow the existing customer base.

A fully maintained company car will be provided, a mobile phone and a personal tablet. Remuneration will be in the form of fixed salary.

Qualifications:

We require a self motivated person that can work with minimum supervision, has a strong sense of responsibility, an ambition to achieve and exceed targets. The successful candidate will have an easy going and friendly attitude, and a strong willingness to provide a high level of service to our customers. You will need strong time management skills, and the ability to plan and organise. Prior selling experience is preferred, but not necessary, as we provide in depth training for the successful candidate on our products and our internal operating systems. You must hold a valid Australian driver's license.
