What you'll bring

Experience:

  • Day to day customer service - 80% online service desk ticket management, 20% phone engagement
  • Liaise with internal departments day to day, providing outstanding support to peers within the business.
  • Trouble shoot arising problems and ensuring timely, efficient resolution
  • Working closely with Customer Success to ensure our trusted customers issues and service requests are addressed in a timely fashion.
  • Internal general administrative duties.
  • Live and breath EML values.

Aptitudes:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point - intermediate level
  • Experience with data management is welcomed. Facilitating reporting requests, Analysing data and collating customer statistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to a variety of different clients.
  • High energy and resilience, with the ability to effectively operate in a fast paced constantly evolving team environment
  • A background in payments is welcomed.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous Customer Service experience.
