ted Operations Coordin
ator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex fast paced environments, enjoys managing workflows, and is passionate about operational excellence. You'll play a key role in ensuring our operation runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the end-to-end property purchase proc
**ess.
Key Responsibil**
- itiesCoordinate and execute operational workflows across the property purchase lifecycle, from contract review until settle
- ment.Liaise with legal and financial partners to maintain seamless experience across our plat
- form.Monitor and action task queues and Inboxes, ensuring accurate resolution and adherence to
- SLAs.Adhere to documentation of business rules, operating procedures, while maintaining quality and compliance stand
- ards.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational excellence and qua
**lity.
Expe**
- rienceProven experience in operations, administration, or process management—ideally in a regulated or high-volume enviro
- nment.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work
- flows.High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-so
- lving.Comfortable working with systems, data, and cross-functional
- teams.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced se
- tting.Familiarity with conveyancing, or financial processes is a
