ator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex fast paced environments, enjoys managing workflows, and is passionate about operational excellence. You'll play a key role in ensuring our operation runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the end-to-end property purchase proc

**ess.

Key Responsibil**

  • itiesCoordinate and execute operational workflows across the property purchase lifecycle, from contract review until settle
  • ment.Liaise with legal and financial partners to maintain seamless experience across our plat
  • form.Monitor and action task queues and Inboxes, ensuring accurate resolution and adherence to
  • SLAs.Adhere to documentation of business rules, operating procedures, while maintaining quality and compliance stand
  • ards.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational excellence and qua

**lity.

Expe**

  • rienceProven experience in operations, administration, or process management—ideally in a regulated or high-volume enviro
  • nment.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work
  • flows.High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-so
  • lving.Comfortable working with systems, data, and cross-functional
  • teams.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced se
  • tting.Familiarity with conveyancing, or financial processes is a
