About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role overseeing student administration, trainer scheduling, and compliance-related processes across domestic and international programs. You will manage administrative staff, work closely with marketing and education teams, and ensure seamless operations that support student success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee student admissions, enrolment processing, orientation, and records management using aXcelerate.
  • Coordinate trainer and class scheduling.
  • Administer NSW Smart & Skilled funding and ensure reporting obligations are met.
  • Maintain PRISMS data and issue CoEs for international students.
  • Supervise administrative staff and support continuous improvements in student services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and education teams to manage application pipelines.
  • Monitor and report student attendance and progression.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO Standards, ESOS National Code, and student visa requirements.

About You

  • Experience in RTO or CRICOS operations is essential.
  • Proficiency with aXcelerate and knowledge of Smart & Skilled, STS Online, PRISMS, and AVETMISS reporting.
  • Excellent eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong coordination and administrative skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements and funding contracts.
  • Strong communication skills and experience dealing with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
  • A collaborative, professional, and reliable team player.
