Ridewood Photography is an award-winning Melbourne event-photography brand now expanding to Sydney. We capture nightlife, birthdays, and uni events — known for a 48-hour turnaround and high-energy content.

About the Role

We're looking for a Sydney Representative to manage local operations — coordinating photographers, overseeing event logistics, and uploading galleries to our socials.

This is not a salaried position; payment is made per confirmed booking. You'll work closely with Eddie Ridewood (Owner) and act as the local point of contact for clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate photographers and ensure 48-hour delivery

  • Upload edited galleries to Ridewood Photography's Facebook page

  • Liaise with clients and venues on event details

  • Keep bookings and communications organised

  • Report weekly on upcoming shoots and completed events

You'll Need

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in event coordination, venue management, or creative production

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Reliable, proactive, and confident managing multiple bookings

  • Comfortable working independently and under time pressure

Payment
