The Role

As Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth flow of orders, shipments, and client communications between Sydney and the company's overseas manufacturing and logistics teams. You'll manage client enquiries and orders end-to-end, track shipments, coordinate repairs and replacements, and maintain accurate stock levels.

This role suits someone who loves structure, thrives on problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations moving seamlessly - with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders all counting on you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client communications, quotes, orders, and delivery schedules
  • Processing orders with overseas factories and ensuring accurate, timely confirmations
  • Coordinating weekly import/export shipments and domestic deliveries
  • Conducting regular stock tallies and managing inventory returns
  • Liaising with production teams on repairs, replacements and remakes
  • Maintaining shipment schedules, reports, and operational records
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination

About You

You're organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities. You love solving problems before they become issues and pride yourself on precision and follow-through.

You'll bring:

  • Strong coordination and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence managing client and vendor communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (intermediate-advanced)
  • Experience with ERP or inventory systems (SAP or similar advantageous)
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • A team-first mindset, balanced with the ability to work independently
