About Us

We are a growing construction services business with a strong reputation for reliability, safety and quality results. To keep projects moving and clients happy, we are looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Client Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

You will keep our jobs running smoothly while being the first point of contact for clients. Alongside scheduling and resource allocation, you will build strong client relationships and ensure a consistent pipeline of projects, working closely with our Operations Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, schedule and allocate jobs across multiple crews and sites
  • Be the first point of contact for client calls, bookings and enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Generate new work opportunities and keep crews busy
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Ensure client satisfaction from booking to completion
  • Minimise downtime and maximise labour and equipment use

About You

You are an excellent communicator who loves keeping things organised and running smoothly. Whether you have worked in a similar role, or are looking to step off the tools and apply your knowledge in a new way, you are confident speaking with clients and trades, thrive under pressure, and enjoy being the person who makes things happen.

You will bring:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Confidence building rapport and winning new work
  • Ability to solve problems on the go
  • Experience in construction, trades or operations
  • Proficiency with scheduling programs
