The first
six weeks of employment
will be offered on a
casual basis
, allowing both you and Family Friendly Group to ensure this role is the right long-term fit.

During this time, you'll receive full training and support to learn our systems, service types, and compliance processes.

After the initial six weeks, the position will transition into a
permanent part-time role (Monday–Thursday)
.

There will also be the opportunity to work
additional casual Fridays during school holiday periods
, when our school and resort service schedules are busiest.

What You'll Bring

    organisation and communication skills
    .
  • Ability to
    work independently
and stay productive in a quiet office environment.
  • Confidence interacting with clients and field technicians.
  • Strong
    attention to detail
, especially for scheduling and documentation.
  • A genuine
interest in learning about our services
    and compliance processes.
  • Computer literacy (email, Excel, PDFs, Xero or similar).
  • Calm under pressure, especially during busy school holiday periods.

Experience in administration, service coordination, or trades/facilities scheduling will be highly regarded but training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
