Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently looking for enthusiastic Client Service Officers to join a well-established client service team within a large sport and recreation venue.

The venue operates 24/7 and provides facilities and services in both a community leisure centre and residential accommodation setting, and hosts activities and events for large school, community, and sporting groups.

The Client Service Officer contributes to the overall experience for visitors and requires an organised individual with strong customer service who can work in a fast-paced environment both autonomously and in a cohesive team.

We are seeking workers that are interested in learning or expanding their skills within the industry and have different opportunities available pending your skill level/experience. We currently have casual roles are available with a minimum of 24 hours a week.

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to the below:

- Conduct client inductions
- Create group visitor packs and maintain accordingly
- Supervision and coordination of group arrivals, activities and departures
- Coordination of meal services
- Manage facility set ups and pack downs, meeting tight deadlines
- Emergent client issue response & escalation
- Pool testing and documentation, cleaning, and chemical management
- General operational duties
- Assist with facility safety inspections
- Provide assistance to supervising officers as directed

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar role (tourism, recreation and hospitality industries)
- Positive Blue card - mandatory
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Pool Lifeguard qualification highly desirable
