About the role

In this role, the Executive Assistant will be pivotal in all stages of the property journey—from preparing homes for market through to settlement and beyond.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Coordinating open homes, marketing materials and client communications
  • Arranging quotes, trades, property styling and manage campaign timelines
  • Overseeing team workflow and task completion
  • Supporting contract processing and transaction management
  • Handling settlement preparations and final handovers
  • Creating campaign performance reports with market insights
  • Ensuring clients are well informed

What we're looking for

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Full Australian working rights essential
  • Min. 2 years proven real estate experience essential
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration essential
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous Executive assistant experience in a similar role
