Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is based in Perth, WA, with flexibility for remote work.As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, foster and maintain client relationships, and work to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities include market analysis, tender preparation, strategic partnership development, and driving growth through innovative business initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's core values and goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong ability in market research, identifying opportunities, and developing tailored solutions to address client needs.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the mining, property development, or construction sectors is an advantage.
  • Competence with tender preparation and contract management processes.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting financial and growth targets.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while operating independently when required.
