Position Overview:
As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing lasting relationships with clients, and maximizing revenue streams for our security services and products. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify, target, and engage potential clients in various sectors, including commercial, residential, and public sector organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for business expansion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitive analysis for senior management.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and gather leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the security industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of security solutions, products, and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and understand financial metrics.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
