We are looking for a Solar & Battery Install Team Leader who wants to operate at the highest level, take ownership of their work, and lead a small elite crew with pride.

What You'll Lead

As our Install Team Leader, you will run premium residential and small commercial solar & battery installations, specialising in:

  • Enphase microinverter systems (preferred)
  • Tesla Powerwall installations
  • Smart load control & EV charging integration
  • High-end homes & architecturally designed sites
  • Battery retrofits to existing systems
  • Zero-defect installations with impeccable documentation

This role suits someone who is highly technical, highly organised, and deeply committed to quality.


Who We're Looking For

We want the top 1% of installers — those who:

Take pride in immaculate workmanship
Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients

Lead and coach apprentices with patience and high standards
Want to grow into a senior leadership position

If you have experience with Enphase + Tesla, you go straight to the top of the list.


Must-Have Qualifications
  • SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation (mandatory)
  • QLD Electrical Licence
  • Strong battery installation experience
  • High competency with digital documentation (Formbay, photos, checklists)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team
  • Valid driver's licence

Base + bonus structure: $110k – $120k+ OTE
