About the role

Join Mater as a Senior Analyst in Newstead. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a small team in Mater's ERP-enabled transformation program, focusing on finance, procurement, and supply chain processes. This maximum-term role will play a critical role in redesigning and optimizing key operational areas, ensuring Mater achieves measurable improvements in efficiency and compliance.

Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900  + access to many staff benefits 

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Analysts, focusing on finance, procurement, and supply chain transformation. You will oversee the analysis and standardization of end-to-end processes, translate process requirements into system functionality, and contribute to the design of governance frameworks. Additionally, you will monitor and report on transformation outcomes, providing senior leaders with insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.

About you
To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations and large-scale process reengineering
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, data analysis, and ERP systems
  • Deep understanding of financial governance, inventory management, and compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Desirable skills:

  • Healthcare or multi-site environment experience with exposure to warehousing, procurement, and finance integration
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, or business analysis roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems
