We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven Venue Leader to help us bring the good vibes, every day to our Gasworks venue
As a leader at Yo-Chi, you'll be the heartbeat of the venue, making sure everything runs smoothly, customers leave smiling, and our team stays energised and motivated. Your role is all about creating a positive, high-performing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading by example and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
- Keeping the energy up and ensure the venue is running like clockwork.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory and stock management.
- Train, develop, and support a motivated, high-performing team.
- Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and venue performance.
- Take ownership of venue P&L's
Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced leader from hospitality or retail background.
- People-focused and team-oriented leader who loves building great teams and creating a welcoming vibe.
- A problem-solver with a proactive, positive mindset.
- Organised, adaptable, and always looking to improve.
