About the role
At Sentrika, we present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers a broad range of responsibilities and is tailored to an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in developing their experience in administration within the accounting and professional services industry.
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Reception duties, operation of phone calls and mail management
- Appointments & calendar maintenance for Managing Director and senior staff
- General client services & administration duties
- ATO administration and document lodgement
- ASIC administration and document lodgement
- Client on-boarding and new client engagement
- Preparation of client signing packages and forms
- Corporate filing & scanning
- Debtor management
The ideal candidate will have 1 years minimum experience in a similar role within a Public Practice Accounting Firm. Corporate and professional presentation along with excellent communication (written and verbal) are key components to this role and the successful applicant.

- Xero XPM (essential)
- Xero (essential)
- Microsoft Office or Office 365 Suite (essential)
- Now Infinity or other ASIC integration software (essential)
- ATO Online Services for Agents portal (essential)
