About the role

At Sentrika, we present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers a broad range of responsibilities and is tailored to an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in developing their experience in administration within the accounting and professional services industry.

This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Reception duties, operation of phone calls and mail management
  • Appointments & calendar maintenance for Managing Director and senior staff
  • General client services & administration duties
  • ATO administration and document lodgement
  • ASIC administration and document lodgement
  • Client on-boarding and new client engagement
  • Preparation of client signing packages and forms
  • Corporate filing & scanning
  • Debtor management

The ideal candidate will have 1 years minimum experience in a similar role within a Public Practice Accounting Firm. Corporate and professional presentation along with excellent communication (written and verbal) are key components to this role and the successful applicant.

  • Xero XPM (essential)
  • Xero (essential)
  • Microsoft Office or Office 365 Suite (essential)
  • Now Infinity or other ASIC integration software (essential)
  • ATO Online Services for Agents portal (essential)
  • DocuSign or other digital signing platform (essential)
