Client Experience & Front Office Management

  • Greet clients, tenants, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a smile
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously to the appropriate team members
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area and meeting rooms

Administration & Team Support

  • Manage incoming property management and sales enquiries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare, print, and collate documents for our Property Management and Sales teams
  • Provide backup administrative support to our sales administration team as needed

Office Operations

  • Keep the office running smoothly, cleanly, and professionally at all times
  • Monitor, order, and maintain office and kitchen supplies, including all stationery, settlement gifts
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms and ensuring a polished, professional environment

About You

  • Previous Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for client service
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Confidence to work independently and collaboratively with a dynamic team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
