Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for a Financial Planning Assistant located in Robina, QLD.

The Financial Planning Assistant will be responsible for supporting financial planners through administrative assistance, maintaining financial records, preparing SOA's, ROA's and financial reports, and conducting financial analysis.

The Assistant will communicate with clients to gather information and respond to inquiries.

Additionally, the role includes coordinating and scheduling appointments and maintaining client databases.

Qualifications

  • Financial Planning and Finance skills
  • Industry Qualifications or in the process of working towards
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools particularly AdviserLogic
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Administrative Assistance experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
