Administration / Accounts / Sales (Permanent Part-Time – 3 Days Per Week

We are seeking an experienced Administration, Accounts and All-Rounder with sales abilities to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties – answering phones and welcoming clients.
  • Debtors (accounts receivable) and Creditors (accounts payable)
  • Payroll and wages processing in MYOB.
  • Process superannuation.
  • Daily banking and reconciliation.
  • Supporting sales in the showroom environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry in Excel.
  • General administrative support as required.

Skills & Experience

  • A solid background in administration, accounts and sales.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in administration and accounts is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft office.
  • Advanced user level proficiency in MYOB is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A willingness to learn and understand our range of products.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
