Administration / Accounts / Sales (Permanent Part-Time – 3 Days Per Week
We are seeking an experienced Administration, Accounts and All-Rounder with sales abilities to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties – answering phones and welcoming clients.
- Debtors (accounts receivable) and Creditors (accounts payable)
- Payroll and wages processing in MYOB.
- Process superannuation.
- Daily banking and reconciliation.
- Supporting sales in the showroom environment.
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in Excel.
- General administrative support as required.
Skills & Experience
- A solid background in administration, accounts and sales.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in administration and accounts is required.
- Strong working knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft office.
- Advanced user level proficiency in MYOB is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A willingness to learn and understand our range of products.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
