Bayley House has secured the rights to distribute and promote the internationally renowned Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program across Australia and New Zealand. This initiative aims to make a meaningful difference for individuals living with disabilities.
As part of the Bayley House team, the Sunflower Sales Support Coordinator/Administrator will support both new and existing business members, fostering relationships in the public and private sectors to drive ongoing program membership. Reporting to the Head of Business Development (Aus/NZ), this role is responsible for managing accounts and ensuring member satisfaction to support the program's growth and success.
The Role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you are expected to provide exceptional customer service and sales support through accurate order processing, timely responses, proactive communication, and teamwork. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and direct support for the business development team and our members. The core goal is to ensure smooth efficient sales operation and superior customer service.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 3+ Years' experience in a Sales coordination or administration role
- NFP experience, with a passion and awareness for Disability
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with online sales e-commerce portal and CRM use (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, face-to-face)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under time pressure.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused mindset combined with enthusiasm for a growing program.
- Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Respond to all current member business enquiries referred directly to inbox, mobile or referred by internal stakeholders (BD, marketing, fulfilment teams)
- Assist with the onboarding of members with supplier documentation, use of procurement platforms like SAP and Oracle.
- Set up B2B shipping for all subscriptions weekly.
- Support members to launch sunflower initiative – launch event, list on map, support to promote through web/socials/email.
- Brief marketing team with logos, imagery, media release copy and dates.
- Creating and reviewing sales reports to monitor team progress
