To support their Melbourne branch in Ringwood, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts / Administration Allrounder.

This is a critical role for the smooth running of the office and branch operations, offering variety, international exposure, and long-term career growth.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the HR team in Italy, you will be the backbone of the branch, ensuring administrative, accounts and office tasks are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, organise and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes and follow up
  • Verify technician timesheets, managing leave entitlements, and preparing work reports/expenses
  • Manage filing systems, update office policies and procedures
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and debt collection
  • Data entry of invoices, coding, reconciliations, month-end reporting
  • Liaise with suppliers, process purchase orders and resolve queries
  • Order office supplies, research new deals and suppliers
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Provide general administrative support to senior managers and the wider branch team
About You

We're looking for someone who brings not just the skills, but the flexibility to work the hours suited to a global business.

  • Accounts knowledge and bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office; prior use of Navision or SAP desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and approachable, with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Flexibility to align with international timelines (occasional later start and finishes during daylight-saving period)

  • Full-time, permanent role: 9:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday (54-min lunch break)
