What You'll Do

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure top-tier service and retention.
  • Hunt for new business through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Craft and deliver tailored proposals that solve real client challenges.
  • Negotiate and close deals that drive growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account setup.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in sales or account management.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Waste industry experience
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • CRM savvy (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office proficiency.
  • Self-starter with excellent time and territory management.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
