A.Menarini is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Omnichannel Execution Lead to join our CX / Marketing team for a 12-month maternity cover contract, starting this November
A.Menarini, a subsidiary of the Italy-based Menarini Group, is a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering differentiated healthcare consumer and ethical brands. We leverage extensive global infrastructure to take biopharmaceutical brands from R&D through to manufacturing, regulatory approvals, sales and marketing.
About The Role
Reporting to the Channel Effectiveness Manager, you will facilitate and support content development and integrated channel activation across the Menarini portfolio. This role is key to assisting in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with our global customer engagement objectives. You will support digital initiatives across multiple touchpoints, working with cross-functional teams to develop content, execute campaigns, analyse data, and enhance our digital engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, refine, and implement campaign briefing documents, creative content, and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Get hands-on with content creation, creating and/or updating HTML files and leveraging the Adobe Creative Cloud suite to amend and revise materials.
- Collaborate with brands to define digital strategies that accelerate growth and deliver high customer engagement and ROI.
- Build and execute digital campaigns by designing campaign journeys and workflows.
- Oversee the entire content lifecycle, including ongoing management of our Digital Asset Management system (Bynder), maintenance of naming conventions, and managing the marketing content calendar.
- Test, analyse, and refine campaigns based on quantitative and qualitative outputs, providing monthly monitoring and insights on local/regional KPIs.
- Ensure rigorous compliance and governance of digital assets, and develop and optimise SOPs to meet business needs.
Your Technical Toolkit & Skills
We're looking for someone with a creative mindset and a strong technical foundation. You should have:
- A degree (or be currently pursuing one) in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with the Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, PhotoShop, PremierePro).
- Competency with MS Office (especially Excel), CRM systems, and data management.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for interpreting data, trends, and campaign KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with project management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Canva, Mailjet, email marketing software, and WordPress CMS is a plus.
