Be part of our growing team

As our CRM & Email Lead, you will be the driving force behind our customer communication strategy - owning the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns across acquisition, conversion, and retention journeys. This is a hands-on role where you'll blend creativity, data-driven decision making, and a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle to deliver measurable growth.

You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, digital, and analytics teams, ensuring our campaigns are not only timely and relevant but also high-impact and aligned with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership
    – Plan, build, test, and deploy high-performing email and SMS campaigns across the full customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention, and win-back).
  • Automation & Flows
    – Create and optimise automated journeys (welcome offers, abandoned cart, post-purchase, reactivation, etc.) to maximise customer engagement and revenue.
  • Lead Generation
    – Develop and execute acquisition email strategies that turn leads into new, loyal customers.
  • Content & Copywriting
    – Write, edit, and optimise engaging, brand-aligned content that converts across email and SMS.
  • Segmentation & Personalisation
    – Use data and insights to deliver personalised and relevant messaging at each stage of the journey.
  • Testing & Optimisation
    – Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, creative, and layout to continually improve results.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    – Monitor performance metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribes, SMS CTRs, ROI), and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Compliance & Best Practice
    – Ensure deliverability, list hygiene, and adherence to privacy and spam regulations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    – Work with Campaign Executive to align calendars and ensure campaign timing, messaging, and cadence are integrated across channels.

On day one you'll have

  • 4+ years' experience in email and CRM marketing, ideally within eCommerce, DTC, or digital retail.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimising lifecycle and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, personalisation, and lead generation tactics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for short- and long-form content across email and SMS.
  • Comfort with HTML/CSS for formatting and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using GA, BI tools, and CRM dashboards.
  • Strong project management, prioritisation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with SMS and push marketing platforms.
