About Cranky Health
Cranky Health is the parent company of iconic Australian brands, The Man Shake, The Lady Shake, Famous Nutrition and Nutrabalance. It's a great Australian success story.
Born from the heartbreak of losing a friend to a heart attack, Cranky Health began as a passion project and has since evolved into a multi-brand category leader. In ten years, it has helped millions of Aussies and Kiwis be healthier, lose weight simply and still live their busy, fun lives to the fullest. The company is in its next phase of exciting growth. With the addition of Famous Nutrition sports supplement range, and GLP1 support shakes, Cranky's life-changing range now has scientifically proven health products for everyone.
Our culture
We value honesty, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset. As a truly omnichannel business, you'll gain exposure to digital eCommerce, direct-to-consumer data and insights, and partnerships with Australia's leading retailers and pharmacies. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved, you'll find a fast-paced and rewarding career with us.
Be part of our growing team
We are looking for an energetic and digitally savvy Campaign Executive to join us. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will play a key role in delivering above-the-line and digital large-scale campaigns that drive awareness, revenue and new customers to Cranky Health's portfolio of brands – including The Man Shake, The Lady Shake, Famous Nutrition and Nutrabalance – across the Australian & New Zealand markets.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on campaign and project management, balancing creativity with commercial acumen. You'll be responsible for managing stakeholders up, down and across the business, driving campaigns to deadlines, and ensuring every initiative is delivered seamlessly, on budget, and with measurable results.
What you will do:
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan, develop and roll out above-the-line (TV, radio, outdoor) and digital marketing campaigns.
- Project manage stakeholders, assets, media channels and agencies as the central owner of the campaign, ensuring seamless delivery and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and delivery across email, social, paid media, traditional media and landing pages.
- Work with internal teams and agencies to brief, review, and finalise campaign-specific creative and landing pages.
- Ensure media assets are optimised, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
Deadline & Project Management
- Manage competing priorities and campaign schedules to consistently meet deadlines.
- Keep projects on track through strong organisation, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
- Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Budget Management
- Assist with monitoring campaign budgets, tracking expenditures, and reporting on budget variances.
- Contribute to effective budget planning and forecasting to optimise spend efficiency.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with creative, media, and agency partners to ensure timely campaign deployment.
- Support content creation, including briefing creative teams, reviewing assets, and maintaining marketing calendars.
Performance Analytics
- Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to a test-and-learn culture, providing insights to refine future campaigns.
Collaboration and Communication
- Liaise across teams to align campaign initiatives with broader business goals.
- Manage relationships upwards (senior leaders), downwards (direct reports or agencies), and laterally (cross-functional teams) to ensure campaign alignment.
- Work with external media and influencer agencies where required.
What we are looking for:
- 2–3 years' experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or media management.
- Hands-on experience in delivering large-scale ATL and digital campaigns.
- A strong passion for campaign and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing campaign budgets, tracking spend, and supporting reporting.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Power BI, and Shopify (nice to have).
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
What's on offer?
- Opportunity to develop within a dynamic marketing team.
- Contribute directly to successful customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Hybrid working arrangements promoting a balanced lifestyle.
