About the Opportunity
As Digital Health Lead of our Medication Build Team at SDPR, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through using your clinical expertise to shape innovative digital health strategies, drive project success, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions. This is your chance to lead transformative programs at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
In this role, you will:
- Lead implementation teams to drive the successful delivery of digital health programs and solutions.
- Provide expert clinical advice to guide the design, configuration, and implementation of digital health systems.
- Coordinate business needs with solution design to ensure effective execution in collaboration with NSW Health stakeholders.
- Develop key documentation and reporting tools to monitor risks, issues, and implementation progress.
- Drive change management, data analysis, and innovative solutions to improve outcomes and mitigate risks.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a tertiary qualification in Health or have extensive experience in a Public Health Care setting.
- Demonstrates proven success in leading digital health initiatives and program implementation in clinical environments.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive positive outcomes.
- Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

- To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
- Successful candidate may be required to do multiple virtual Epic training sessions and Epic orientation, all scheduled in U.S time.
- 'Exempt' is defined as a fixed term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks.
