The PEP Studio Portfolio Lead is responsible for the end-to-end process and execution of the growth acceleration plan against the Seasonal, Cultural & Gifting pillar, owning the process from product concept ideation to launch. .

Job Overview:
This role is accountable for the development and flawless execution of Pep Studio portfolio projects including concept ideation, product development and in market launch.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing human centric innovation able to deliver against category opportunities identified in SDD (for example: seasonal, gifting, protein, multicultural/international aisle etc)
- Responsible for the ideation of innovation from concept to launch. This could include: product ideas, consumer research validation, packaging development, shopper materials development
- Responsible for the commercialisation of innovation from concept to launch- ensuring flawless execution through Project Management excellence
- Leadership of cross functional project teams to deliver complex projects to agreed 1st shipment / in market dates
- Responsible for presenting key project updates at Pep Studio board forums
- Responsible for assessing & communicating the feasibility of innovation projects
- Responsible for communicating milestones & timelines to project teams & key stakeholders to enable on time, on budget project delivery.
- Collaborating with Commercial teams and Category Pep Studio Manager to enable successful project execution
- Responsible for communicating risks & issues & implementing appropriate mitigation & contingency plans
- Ensure quality inputs to Pep Studio accelerated Gate Documents
- Deliver Pep Studio KPI's with a focus on of 3Yr Innovation NR, Stickability and Incrementality.
- Support Pep Studio lead to build new process/frameworks for Pep Studio projects
- Leading overall Artwork Readiness with suppliers and internal stakeholders (New Work forum)
Qualifications
About you:
- Successful candidate must be able to project manage multiple projects, working within a fast paced and complex environment.
- Successful candidate must have experience managing direct reports and teams.
- Strong understanding of different functions within FMCG: Marketing, Sales, Category, R&D and Supply Chain.
- Candidate will need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, managing significant amounts of change as well as dealing with time pressure
- High level of business acumen is required- commercially savvy- able to connect the dots across project work streams and an understanding of key P&L drivers
- Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to collaborate & influence peer groups & senior stakeholders
- Ability to deliver project feasibility assessments
- Leadership skills including taking others with you/setting the agenda to ensure project teams are clear on expectations & deliverables
- Problem solving project issues & recommending course correction actions to enable on time project delivery
- Candidate must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and a high drive for results.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent with 7 years+ experience
- Direct project management experience is preferred especially innovation
- Marketing and/or Category Innovation experience preferred
