About the role:

In this role you will provide executive and administrative support and project-based services to the Operational and Strategic Services Directorate.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in executive level support and office management.
  • Excellent communication, organsational, and time management skills and the ability to triage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Discretion and confidentiality
