Quality and Compliance Advisor (Head Office)

Are you ready to accelerate your career and make a genuine impact in aged care? As the Quality and Compliance Advisor at Roshana Care Group, you will join a dynamic, well-established clinical and quality team committed to delivering excellence across our aged care portfolio

In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel to our aged care facilities across four states, driving meaningful improvements and preparing homes for accreditation success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead announced and unannounced audits of aged care sites to prepare them for compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and other regulatory requirements

  • Assist to develop, manage, and monitor each site's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI): identify gaps and opportunities through audit findings, collaborate with site teams to implement evidence-based improvements, and drive timely rectification to support continuous quality uplift and sustained compliance

  • Support and mentor clinical and care staff to strengthen governance, reporting systems, and risk management frameworks

  • Advise on regulatory changes, interpret compliance requirements, and assist to manage documentation standards and policy updates

  • Prepare, plan, and facilitate quality commission audit cycles, including stakeholder education on external audit processes

  • Collaborate closely with facility managers and their teams to ensure continuous improvement and best practice in resident care

Skills and Experience

-Previous experience with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience in aged care quality, accreditation, or compliance is essential

  • Registered Nurse qualification preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and report writing skills

  • Interstate travel required as needed
