About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager - Commercial & Product as an Administration Support Officer/Technical Assistant, you will be directly involved in supporting a variety of exciting activities, tasks and projects to develop and enhance the MDC & AUSRV Camper Trailer and Caravan ranges.

We are looking for an Administration Support Officer/Technical Assistant who can work collaboratively and become a reliable, engaged member of our close-knit team. You will be required to use initiative and manage multiple tasks, prioritising to meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well within a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain numerous databases, logs and systems.
  • Collect, collate, file and distribute technical and product documentation – both in hard and soft copy.
  • Track & follow up tasks/ documentation across internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.
  • General administrative support and data entry.

About You:

The successful candidate will require the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles desirable
  • A high level of computer literacy, specifically Microsoft suite programs (training will be provided for internal systems).
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to collect, interpret and manage data efficiently and accurately
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously
  • Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in your work
  • The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritise, be organised and work to specific deadlines
  • Positive, proactive, committed, and hard working with a can-do attitude
  • High level of personal responsibility and integrity.
