Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Practice Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
  • Assist clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient experiences
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, billing, and patient communication
  • Help maintain compliance with dental regulations and practice standards
  • Manage and update cloud-based systems (Core, Praktika)
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide input on practice improvements
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years experience in medical admin or as a dental assistant
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and staff coordination
  • Certificate in Dental Assisting or Practice Management highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting team success
