About the role
- A full-time position available for immediate start (We're flexible with hours and happy to work around the right person)
- Ideal for someone with 1-2 years' experience in administration, coordination, scheduling, logistics or even customer service/sales (preferably within a similar industry – but not absolutely required)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills – the ability to prioritise and multitask
- A positive, "can-do" attitude
- Able to work collaborative in a team environment and independently
- Experience with trade-based scheduling software (e.g. Simpro) would be highly regarded but not required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Key responsibilities
- Being confident as the first point on contact for customers – via email, phone or in our showroom
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and consultative manner
- Managing the schedule, booking jobs, and coordinating priority tasks
- Responding to emails and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Handling a range of day-to-day administrative tasks
- Supporting the implementation of new administrative processes and procedures
- Providing high-level administrative support to the senior management team
